Tras un reporte recibido a través del Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaciones, Cómputo, Coordinación e Inteligencia (C5i), elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de Hidalgo (SSPH) detuvieron a ocho personas por su probable participación en actividades relacionadas con la tala clandestina, en el ejido Emiliano Zapata, municipio de Tenango de Doria.
La intervención se llevó a cabo sobre la carretera estatal Tenango-Metepec, a la altura del citado ejido, donde los agentes estatales localizaron a varios individuos realizando actividades presuntamente relacionadas con el aprovechamiento ilegal de recursos forestales.
Durante el operativo fueron aseguradas dos camionetas, una tipo Suburban, color gris, y otra tipo plataforma, color azul con rojo, ambas con alteraciones en sus medios de identificación.
Asimismo, fueron asegurados diversos productos y herramientas presuntamente utilizados para la tala, entre ellos madera, una motosierra, cinco machetes, dos palas, dos cinchos, una barreta y un gancho.
Las ocho personas detenidas, junto con los vehículos, madera y demás objetos asegurados, fueron puestas a disposición del Ministerio Público del fuero federal, autoridad que determinará su situación jurídica y dará continuidad a las investigaciones correspondientes.
La SSPH exhorta a las y los hidalguenses a reportar de manera oportuna cualquier actividad que pudiera constituir un delito a través del 911 de Emergencias o del 089 de Denuncia Anónima, contribuyendo así a fortalecer las acciones de seguridad y protección de los recursos naturales en la entidad.
